Greg is a kind and compassionate therapist who is known for his capacity to connect with his clients. Greg’s professional emphasis has been in Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy. He has an innate ability to meet clients where they are and to help them move forward in a safe space for healing.
Greg supports his clients to effectively develop strategies to manage issues such as depression, anxiety, past trauma, grief and loss, parenting and relationship issues, as well as working through the daily stressors of life. Greg has enjoyed working with clients from all walks of life and has spent many years providing therapy to the Northwest Tribal communities. His background also includes supervisory positions in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health programs, and Social Work with a focus on working with parents to enhance their parenting skills. Greg’s mental health practice includes adults, adolescents, couples, and families.
Greg was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from Shelton High School. He, and his wife of 34 years, reside in Shelton where they raised their two sons. Greg and his wife enjoy RV’ing with their Labradoodle, “Cooper.” He also enjoys golfing, watching sports, jogging, reading, music, and commercial fishing with his sons.
