Contact the office to request an appointment. We can’t guarantee availability but our stellar admin folks are happy to assist. Meanwhile, call your insurance company to learn more about your benefits and what you can expect out of your coverage.We try really hard to get back to you within 5 business days – please have patience!

Once you have an appointment you will be given access to the patient portal. There you’ll find our Salish Sea Intake link and other pertinent paperwork. Please complete the paperwork at least 4 business days prior to your appointment in order to hold your spot. After that…just show up, ready for better times ahead.

How should I prepare for my first session?
After filling out the intake? Honestly…just show up. We aim to meet clients where they’re at. Whether it’s virtual or in the office, arrive with an intention for change and an open mind. We’ve got the rest.
Cancellation Policy
We know time is short for many, including our therapists. We take the time to prepare for your session, based on your individual needs. Please let us know if you need to cancel so we can offer the appointment to another client. If you need to cancel your appointment. please do so within 48 hours. If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, we charge our full fee of $170 for fully licensed clinicians and $135 for associate licensed clinicians. Insurance does not cover cancellations and no shows; this is the client’s responsibility. We require a credit card on file and will charge the card within 24 hours of the scheduled session. An appointment is not considered canceled until you have made positive contact with the therapist via phone or email.
