With a focus on the impact of trauma and attachment in early childhood, Elissa helps parents support and understand their children. Her therapeutic approaches include DBT, Play Therapy, and person-centered techniques to create a safe place to fully be yourself.
Raised here in Washington, Elissa loves adventuring her home state and finding new reasons to love the PNW. You can find her out exploring a new beautiful place and trying a new coffee shop or at home with a puzzle and cuddling with her two dachshunds.
