Angela Mullins is an existential interpersonal integrative therapist. She is dedicated to evidence-based practice and utilizes a wide range of techniques in counseling depending upon the clients goals and needs. Her training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Cognitive Assessment diagnostic/treatment tools, and working with a wide range of mental health struggles. One size does not fit all; her practice is collaborative, focused on what works for the client’s life. She believes strongly in client autonomy, helping them navigate what they know to be right in their own mind. Behavior Modification and Exposure Response Prevention are utilized to help clients work towards their goals with intention.

Angela has a passion for working with adults with Autism, ADHD, OCD, who are LGBTQ+, have religious trauma, or addictive behaviors. This extends to anyone struggling to find their path to meaning, hope, and healing in the wide wild world.

Angela’s unconventional path through life has shaped and reshaped her. Her study took her into different regions of the United States and was dedicated to multi-cultural ethics and diversity in experience. Her selection to the Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program allowed her the privilege to work with a dedicated team of clinical professionals. They conducted and presented research all over the United States. Afterward, she went on to get her Masters in Science of Counseling Psychology.

With the ground beneath her as her home, she decided to settle in Washington in 2022 to reconnect with a place, space, people, and environment she’s always loved. She continues to dedicate herself to helping others in their journey through life with all its hope, suffering, healing, and breaking down. She lives with her mom, her boyfriend, and her two cats. In her free time she enjoys studying, hiking, video games, reading, writing, and daydreaming. Her nickname is Bunny. Clients are welcome to use it interchangeably with her name.
