Jeff is passionate about working together with you to discover new viewpoints and solutions to life challenges, helping you achieve your potential and realize your best self. He cultivates a warm, safe, and accepting space for you to openly process thoughts and feelings, feel heard, and embark upon a journey of self-exploration that allows for newfound meaning, healing, and empowerment.
His integrative style values the whole person, including their emotional, cognitive, physical, social, and spiritual aspects. Health and well-being are fostered through the interconnection of these parts. Drawing on the unique strengths of each client, he utilizes evidence-based treatments that are tailored to his client’s personal needs.
He helps individuals with life transitions, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, existential and identity concerns, meaning and purpose, ADHD, and men’s issues. Adult and young adult clients across the gender spectrum are all welcome.
Jeff grew up on the east coast and had the privilege of traveling and living overseas after graduating from college. He has been enjoying living in the Pacific Northwest for over twenty years where he received his Masters of Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine from Bastyr University, and his Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from the City University of Seattle. In his spare time, he loves to play pickleball, hike, read, and spend time with friends.
