My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where you feel emotionally safe and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. I strive to help you engage in difficult conversations with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.

I work with couples, families, and individuals navigating life transitions and relationship challenges.

You are the expert on your own experience. I collaborate with you to understand your story, recognize patterns, and explore new possibilities. We will consider how relationships, family experiences, culture, and the environments you move through influence how you see yourself and relate to others.

With couples, I create space to process challenges and build the relationship you want. I focus on communication, emotional connection, conflict management, and trust.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You can begin wherever you are, even if you’re not sure exactly what you need. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing and work toward the relationships and life you want to build.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University and completed clinical training in community and military settings. Working with service members and their families deepened my understanding of the unique challenges they may face.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy relaxing at home with my husband and two cats and tending to my garden.
