Amanda works with children who have experienced trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, OCD, and other developmental challenges, helping them process difficult emotions and build a sense of security and stability. Her therapeutic approach allows children to heal in a developmentally appropriate manner. It incorporates modalities such as SPACE therapy and parent coaching for OCD and anxiety, Play Therapy, Music Therapy, CBT, and SMARTMoves Therapy for trauma. She is committed to empowering children to reclaim their sense of safety and agency, while also supporting parents and caregivers to create nurturing and healing environments. Her approach is warm and engaging and focuses on building strong, trusting relationships.
In her spare time she enjoys playing music and spending time with her husband, 2 girls, fluffy cat, and Goldendoodle.
