Angela appreciates the diverse experiences of life and what shapes someone’s worldview lens. Specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), they emphasize empirically supported treatments while embracing a person-centered and strengths-focused approach. She is dedicated to meeting you where you are in your journey and creating a collaborative environment that fosters growth and healing. 

She has a passion and years of experience with supporting and treating neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients—from teens to adults—and a commitment to underserved populations. Her focus has been navigating neurodivergence and all the challenges of life in a neurotypical world. Her background and experience allows her to be comfortable addressing a wide variety of mental health issues such as ADHD, OCD, ASD, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, incarceration, and disorders of mood, personality, and disorders of dissociation. 

She has had the opportunity to work in a vast array of clinical settings and diverse populations and has been fortunate to have lived all over the United States and other parts of the world expanding her worldview Now settled in beautiful Washington State with their boyfriend and mom they plan to grow and learn as a clinician along with serving the greater community of Puyallup and the Northwest. In her spare time she enjoys video games, fitness, hiking, exploring, bunnies, and cosplay.
