Workshops and Groups
Motherhood changes you. For better and for worse. For those who are walking the path of mothering a new baby, it can be lonely, isolating and stressful. We need each other. Join us to be a part of a village where you can find support, hope and connection.
This group is for those who are expecting or mothering babies up to age 1 year. We will be providing education on post partum depression and anxiety, anger and rage, emotional regulation, and societal pressures.
In light of the recent increase in COVID cases, this group has been moved to a virtual format. We will include a social component via a messaging app. We are working hard to balance the need for authentic connection and safety in the face of the pandemic. The cost will include both the social aspect and all materials. This group will meet for 75-90 minutes every Tuesday at 7:30 for eight weeks, starting February 22nd. The cost is $400 for the entire series and includes unlimited drop-ins for future meetings.
